November 17, 2014, 10:05 am Multiple calls with multiple names. This time it was TCM Debt Collectors calling to enquire about my TV license, which was insulting as it's up to date. January 22, 2015, 6:33 am Debt collectors that buy really old expired debt and then try to scare you into paying it. It's profitable for them because they buy the debt for pennies on the dollar so anyone paying them at all is profitable. Big money being made in this scheme. If your debt has gone past the statute of limitations exceeding 3 years then rest assued that you don't owe anything at all legally and you can't be made to pay them unless you begin paying them on your own because that would renew the statute of limitations and you'd screw yourself.
