July 21, 2014, 11:20 pm A guy with a heavy Indian accent keeps leaving messages, saying that he is from IRS Criminal Investigation Department and that if I don't call him back, the case will go into a court house. August 1, 2014, 5:27 pm Got my call yesterday July 31st. Mr. David Miller, chief investigator for IRS criminal claims department warning me about a legal complaint against my property. I needed to contact him or Sebastion so that legal proceedings would not go forward. Tried to call back saying that I was suspicious about this but only got to leave a voice mail. Must have tipped them off as they have not called back. Called the number from work and someone picked up so I asked to be connected to Mr. Miller. Mr. Miller got on the line and asked what number I had been contacted on and when I told him my phone had been disconnected he hung up. Isn't it against the law to impersonate a IRS official and what can we do do bring these scumbags to justice? September 15, 2014, 4:36 pm got a message from an officer david with an indian accent from irs stating that I haven't been paying my taxes for years and to call back and when I did they called me saying I haven't payed taxes and I have a criminal record and that I owed 4,949 and had to pay them within the hr or I will be arrested, when you call back the number its a voicemail for Xavier Marshall. our police dept confirmed it was all a scam. no not answer or call back this number!!!!! September 16, 2014, 3:41 pm I got a call from this number I asked what it was regarding, I was told unpaid taxes. I was then asked if I had a criminal attorney? I asked for what? I was told that I better get one, I told him I believed him to be a fraud. I was told I better watch my language, I asked if this is the irs what's my ss#? He said I would receive info in the mail. I told him I would do a reverse search and that I was coming after him!!! He hung up, I called back and asked for an email he hung up..
