July 22, 2016, 6:48 pm Got a Call from an Idiot saying he was with the IRS ..(he couldn't even speak understandable English.) I said you are? He said I didn't file my Taxes & owed them Money. I told him he was full of crap & hung up. Next day I called & a woman answered IRS. Me: from where Her:Washington DC. Me: Why are calling about not filing my Taxes when I have. Her: that's our Job. Me: Hmmm funny I work for IRS & we Notify People by Mail Phone calls. Her: oh you do? where from & what your code? Me: give me your Code & I'll give you mine. You're full of crap & I hung up.

I was all up in arms with this Daniel Weisman because he stated my son would be locked up for 3 days and have to fight the IRS and if he didn't win, he would face 7 years in jail. July 25, 2016, 1:47 pm I work in an office in DC and for the past two weeks my colleague (whose private desk number is very similar to the one listed 202-459-4681) keeps receiving calls from disgruntled people who have received calls from "Daniel" and the IRS. IT IS A SCAM. This scammer is randomly using our phone number so people cannot call back and track him. Instead they call us and we need to explain that it is a scam and we have no part in it whatsoever. We have to change our number now because it's too much. July 25, 2016, 6:22 pm Same case number given to me, but mine was due to errors on my taxes from 2010 through 2015. When he called back, I had some fun with him. I told him that I would love to resolve this right away, but I was having trouble with his accent and asked if I could speak with someone else. He offered to speak Spanish, but I insisted on English. So he had to keep repeating himself and I kept asking for a supervisor. He finally had enough of me and told me (in very bad english) to kiss his ass. It was hilarious. I almost hate to block him. I guess I should be thanking my lucky stars that currently I am laid off from my job and had no money to give. I was already deciding how i was going to handle prison life. July 26, 2016, 9:18 am I just received a call and it was on my job phone with the same case#CF93271. He states that there were two certified letters and someone signed and when I asked who signed he couldn't give me the name of the person. Then he was getting mad at me because I had questions and asked if I can speak to someone without a strong accent. He told me this was the 3rd attempt and that I will have to go to the county courts. I asked him from which year he has record of me and he mentioned the time I was not even in US. total scam. August 9, 2016, 10:40 am I received the call last week, my wife did this week, I listened to the two recordings at the same time, and they exactly the same. Same supposed officer for IRS legal department, but different telephone hot lines to call back, that happens to be the number that they are calling from. Recordings are exactly the same, both lasted 51seconds, same case number. I checked other people posts, and looks like we are all getting the same case number.
