May 7, 2015, 10:10 pm A complete scam. They will say you owe money for check fraud or credit card fraud or even payday loans. Threats of a summons or being arrested. They have no power and no case against you. This is made up and random scam calls. They will never send you summons, I guarantee it. It's all lies. Block if possible. May 31, 2015, 1:42 am I got repeated calls on this number threatened me with being served legal papers and being sued with the prospect of being arrested. They said I needed to contact them at this number or the legal process would begin. I am not stupid. I've heard of this nonsense before. They never bother to follow up. It's all fear driven. June 11, 2015, 3:25 pm A person called my elderly mother and told her that fradulent charges were found on her credit card and that if she didn't phone this number back to settle it they would disallow her to defend herself against the charges and assume guilt. July 4, 2015, 6:56 pm This is some kind of debt collection scam. The caller id said " A & Associates" and they told me that I was going to be served a summons if I didn't call them back immediately.
