Told me I would served if I didn't choose to call them back in 48 hours to begin the payment plan. They've never bothered to send me any documentation in the mail so I can't take this seriously. November 13, 2013, 1:12 am Receiveed a call for me to call back as soon as I received the message. The caller had a strange accent of a mixture of Indian and French. It was very hard to understand certain words he said. At the end of the message it seems like I was being threatened, something about if I did not return his call that all he could do was wish me well as the situation falls on me. March 5, 2015, 11:36 am A scammer falsely representing themselves as a law firm trying to use fear to extort money out of me as quickly as they can. Time and naivety are their biggest weapons here. I am 100% certain that owe no debts whatsoever and never received letters in the mail of any kind to inform me about the debt. Their childish threats of legal action or arrest should be the biggest indicator of their fraud. Nobody goes to jail for debt until you are regularly with intent to defraud or a "serial fraudster." I have never been served by them as they claim I will be and continue to make their threats with no proof of their legitimacy at all. Caller Company: Law Office Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher |
