Criminal extortion scam. They fake legal issues and claim numbers. Using scare tactics to make you pay debt you don't owe. believe nothing.

Criminals from making claims that you owe money or you'll be arrested. You will not be arrested and you do not owe anyone money. Fear and ignorance is their weapon and they need you falling for it quickly. Demand all debt claims against you in writing and nothing else

This number is known for most criminal debt collection scams. They may also call for fake insurance claims on accidents you were never involved in. Not a good number.

I was told that I have a few hours to call them back on number 877-357-6038 to discuss beginning a payment plan for debts or they will begin filing paperwork for litigation against me. Gave me a case number and said the paper had been transferred to the person who was about to file it. I have not recieved anything in the mail regarding debts so I at at loss to understand this.

This number is used by a variety of junk calling companies or scammers. National Police charities, computer technical support scams, and then threats for not immediate payment of fake debts, Not a good line to pick up. Block if you have the technology to do so.
