June 1, 2016, 2:18 pm Caller ID showed the call being from Ticketmastsr, The caller said he was David from Microsoft and tried to convince me that I had malicious virus that they could fix by remote access. Spoke broken english in heavy accent, the number was disconnected when I tried to call back. I gave him a hard time and reported everything to the FCC ! I told him there was nothing wrong with my computer...he then tried to cut me off and said something about fishing that I didn't let him finish and again told him to take me off their list and don't call back. October 17, 2016, 11:58 am Caller said his name was Jason and he was with DCR. Caller had a heavy accent. Said they were getting messages from my home computer. After 5-10 seconds, a woman came on and said she was IT from PC Solutions and was calling about my laptop. I said, "I don't understand why you are calling me." She said, "No problem." and hung up.
