They absolutely refused to give me any details about who they are and what they represent. I got other debt calls too, but this one was weird because they don't tell me the company name or want to send me papers listing the debts. February 15, 2015, 8:12 am I am getting IRS inpersonations on this number. They made threats of arrest or serious fines if I didn't pay them back taxes immediately. I've read up on this scam and they are properly in India from a big scam call centre where they also do the computer virus fixing scam. The IRS has posted messages on their website about this scam and are not invovled in any way with it. They send letters and at worst agents to speak with you or review docuoments with you. They don't threaten over the phone for payment. That is called extortion and in this case its a fake IRS extortion because they can't even do anything to you if they wanted to.
