October 7, 2014, 5:58 pm This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by not having an operator on the line when the phone is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. This scammer's recording tells you that this is your second (false, they call much more than that) and final (also false, as they keep calling) notice to lower your interest and payments on your credit card debt. They further violate the TCPA by refusing to provide a phone number or physical address when asked, demonstrating that this is a scam, if the recording hadn't made that absolutely clear. October 28, 2014, 3:12 am I made the mistake of pressing 1 and got connected to a man with a thick Indian accent trying to convince me to give him my credit card # to help me get reduced rates. November 8, 2014, 3:57 pm I heard a a recorded message from "Rachel at Cardholder Services." Criminal attempt to phish your credit card by getting you to type it into the phone.
