September 12, 2015, 12:03 pm The caller was named " Financial Media Group" and they wanted to sell me 100 leads. They required a credit card to buy the leads. I asked them to remove me from their list and they hung up on me. Research has turned up an easy way to get removed from their list despite this rude caller. March 31, 2016, 1:05 pm Received an email on business account asking about our products. Spent the day communicating via email with someone, who placed an order and asked that we get in contact with their shipping company to arrange shipment. When we told him he'd need to arrange shipment himself, we never heard from him again. This number was at bottom of his email so we called. The gentleman answered "hello". I randomly asked for James, even though the name on the email was Mike. First he said 'excuse me'. I asked again for James and he responded 'Oh, this is James.' I hung up at that point.
