March 20, 2014, 2:32 am This is a scam debt collector. They must be criminal who have stolen large amounts of personal data on customers from larger companies (breaches you hear about on news). The person's name was Jason and they said I was going to be sued or criminally charged for not paying back a payday loan I never took out. They are calling my workplace and trying to scare me with getting fired I don't pay them. I will be reporting these criminals to the FBI. May 18, 2014, 10:15 am Some kind of scammers calling about payday loan fraud. They said I will be served papers soon at my home or work and will begin litigation soon. Also mentioned the possibility of having me arrested and that charges may be filed with the sheriff soon. This is a giant scam. No proof of debt and I've never taken out a payday loan before.
