July 4, 2014, 12:35 pm This number called saying he was a relative coming from mexico and having an issue at the airport needing 20,000 dollars to get to my house since they have him in San Antonio already but he has to much cash they are needing a deposit (that's a big deposit)once my dad got on the phone asked him a few questions caller hung up to top it off police from airport new no English if your in San Antonio you should no English. July 24, 2014, 7:39 pm My parents got the same scam. Saying they were a relative broken down on the side of the road and collided with another car. The "other party" is a pastor and would like just to part ways with your relative paying the deductable of his vehicle which happens to be a mercedes. September 14, 2014, 10:16 pm Spanish speaking man calls and said he's was my cousin from down south and that he was going to visit for a couple days that he was bringing gifts for my family and that he was going to call me the next day around 9 to let me know exactly what time he will be here. I never suspected anything bad at that moment so the next morning he called and said he was 5 hours away I got suspicious and ask him, HOW is our grandfather doing?
