October 1, 2014, 10:15 pm All the calls I get from this number seem to bill me for 1 minute of usage time. I called Verizon and they arrogantly told me that "All you minutes are used up yet" so I wouldn't put too much confidence in your carrier helping you with this problem. Definitely try to block this number if you can as it's a black hole of usage minutes. My recommendation to stop this number is to deactivate youmail service as that seem to be the real problem here.
