February 6, 2015, 9:14 pm Don't believe a word you hear from this caller. It's a fake card services criminal enterprise. The caller ID said "Consumer Svcs" but this must be faked or "spoofed" as they call it. They have computers that can do that. These people are criminals so they obviously don't respect any national do not calling lists so you will probably need to find a blockcing solution on your own. I recommend the T-Lock Pro Call Blocker or a new cordless panasonic phone (new ones have 250 number blocking). Caller Company: Consumer Svcs Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

March 2, 2015, 12:45 am This is not the real Consumer Svcs and you will get a big $495 charge on your credit card if you give it them through touchtone typing. The are international scammers using automated systems to scam people on mass with big global calling campaigns. Very difficult con-artist for the authorities to track and arrest. I recommend calling your real card services using the number on the back of your card to verify any claims you here about your credit card over the phone with random calls. March 25, 2015, 5:16 am Fraudulent callers faking their identities as card services. They will offer lower credit card interest rates as a way to trick you into giving them your card number. Often times this type of scam is call the "Rachel From Card Services Scam" and it's quite famous.
