Scam call with fake offers to lower your credit card interest rates. This is a phishing scam to get your credit card number. May have automated female voice named "Rachel" as that's very common. They skin your data with touchtone and then charge your card hundreds of dollars as soon as they get it.

This company calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message with no operator on the line. Their recorded message tells you that this is your second (it isn't they call repeatedly) and final (highly doubtful, as they keep calling) notice to lower your interest rates. When you do get to an operator, the operator hangs up if you ask for his name, let along the phone number, physical address, or company name - all of which they are required to provide when asked by the TCPA. In addition, these are *ALL* questions that 100% of legitimate businesses would gladly answer when asked by someone they wanted to do business with. This is clearly a scam to get your personal and banking information and either rip you off directly, or commit identity theft, if not both. Do not provide this scammer with any information.

Debt help scammers. I suggest you give them all fake information and have fun with them. Watch them pass you around to different people trying to figure out why non of your information will get processed properly. Then in the middle of speaking to themm just hang up. HAHAHAHAHA. I actually got something in the mail from these people asking for other personal information to complete the account. Scammers so be careful.

Claimed to be "American Credit Assistance." calling to verify personal information, I gave them prepaid credit card giftcard number. They switched me around to a couple different people and one was called a "financial advisor." Eventually I hung up as I can't bothered,

However, a week later I got a letter in the mail from another bank requesting personal information from me like SSN for a credit card. My credit report shows 3 credit card applications in my name on the day of the first call. Definitely some kind of criminal activity going on here.

This is a debt a assistance or debt relief company. I had a woman calling me telling me I needed to take of a debt relief offer and need a small payment to start it. I wouldn't trust this number at all as my research shows it's was once used for the credit services credit card scammers for lower rates in your cc. This must be some new version of their scam operation.
