This is the "Rachel" scam where they pretend to be card services and try to fool you into transmitted your credit card number to them using touch tone. They will offer lower credit card rates, which are often impossible rates, and then scare you that the deal will be over soon if you don't take advantage of it immediately. These people are experienced scammers using automated skimming systems which are stealing millions of dollars every year from innocent people

Scammer automated message about reducing my credit card interest rates with a time limited offer meant to make me hastily offer them up my credit card number to greedily get my deal. This is a hoax scam and the purpose is to phish your personal data so they can charge you $495 after they get your cc#. For some reason $495 is the magic price they charge everyone after the info is skimmed.

Fake credit card services calling to offer be an soon to expire deal on getting lower credit card interest rates. Needs me to verify my card by inputting into the phone. A scam which credit card companies have made public statements about. They are heavily regulated and can't offer you deals over the phone like this. They need to do it when you call card services passing the security checks or send you applications in the mail

Automated call thata is pretending to be my real credit card company card services. They offered me a fake deal on reduced interest rates with a time limited offer I need to take advantage of immediately or else lose it. Wanted my credit card number typed into the phone to verify my identity and that should be the first sign it's a fraud. Real card services wouldn't ask for this for a promotional offer, usually only when you call them direct before speaking to them, but not when they call you.

Fake credit offers on an automated call. They lie to you about the time sensitive nature of the deal int scare you into giving them your credit card quickly for the verification they say you need to secure the new lower rate offer. All a con. This scam is a robo caller with a computer hooked up to it calling millions of people and running an automated message with a skimmer to collect the number. Then if you fall for it you get billed for hundreds of dollars.

I pressed one to speak to customer service. The man who answered said he can see that I have good credit and have been paying on time for 6 months and would like to help me lower my rate.. The he asked me what card has the highest balance and I said well u can see that I pay on time can't you see which one has a higher balance?

Then he said what card do you have? Again I said, the way you identified yourself was you are calling from my bank so you should know what cards I have. He then told me "go f**k yourself"... Some classy people we have out there!!! Major scumbags taking advantage of people who make an honest living!! There should be some sort of harassment suit toward these people!

A credit card skimming operation that fake reduced credit rate offers that are time limited. They will bill you for $495 to $795 if you fall for this scam. I got a $795 charge, but I have heard a lot of stories about people getting billed $495 in the past. They may be getting desperate with people getting smarter about using the internet to check numbers and using blockers so they upped their scam billing to $795 to recoup their losses to stealing.

Got a call from this number 5-12-2015 at 5:13P Central Time. I did not pick it up because I have received other calls even one from my own phone number one time. When I called my cell company to find out how that is even possible, they told me it is not possible. I conducted my own research and I found information online stating that scammers like the 385-529-6745 are calling people in order to data mine information from you. They use software to convert the source of the number they are calling from to anything they want. Many times, they pose as people you normally do business with so you don't suspect anything, but my practice is to just not answer any call that is not programmed in my phone and fortunately that includes phone calls from myself, lol. Yes, that actually happened, I saw a phone call come in on my cell phone, from myself. Totally played tricks on my mind :)

Got an automated call from this number claiming to be from Card Services and offering a lower (6.9%) interest rate. They said this was a one time offer. I smelled "scam" and their interest rate was unreal.

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone. I did not pick it up as I don't answer any call whose number I do not recognize. Good old caller ID,although that can' t be trusted at times.
Like "Alert" above, I also got a call from my own number one day...also not picked up. Most of us know better then to be sucked in by these crooks, but if they try long enough, they will hit on someone that is uninformed, or dumb enough to go along with their crap.

The FTC has been trying to stop and prosecute these criminals for years. The service NoMoRobo was invented with the help of a $50,000 prize content to get new ideas to stop this specific type of caller. It's 100% criminal and all automated. They want to bill your credit card so the reduced interest rate with short expiry date for the offer is just a lure.

This is a total scam. I spoke to a person on the line and tried to ask them what credit card company they were working for and they said "lower interest rate department" and then I repeated the question and they told me it was "both Visa and Mastecard." No bank listed. Very vague answers to make you believe in them.

Computer robocalling identity thieves and card data stealers. They are offering fake messages about reduced card rates to tempt you into giving them your card data for quick billing without your permission. This is not a legit call and you will be illegally billed if you cooperate with the automated messages. Hang up or block for your own safety.

Automated caller will claim to be from your card services company (doesn't say which card) and then will offer lower interest rates with a time sensitive offer you need to act immediately on to risk losing it. The scam it set up to scare you into believing you will lose the offer and quickly offer them your card number by entering it into the phone at which point they bill you for hundreds of dollars.
