August 10, 2013, 11:53 am I received call today.Message said press1 f or lowering interest rate of my credit card. He said he is calling from bank of america card service and can lower rate if I have made payments on time and balance over 3000. I said I m busy now and can't talk but he tried to get more information of my card. On the back ground there was a noise people talk over the phone like him. I asked his phone number I can reach later but still wants to get more info. I just hung up and called back and the line for the number is busy. Searched internet and this is just cellphone and many scam report from last 24hrs. The noise from the phone is probably recording to show off he is working in large space with others. June 25, 2014, 5:37 pm The caller said he was calling about my credit card interest rate lowered to 3% I asked what credit card company was he calling from? He said Citi, Capitol 1 and Chase. He would not answer any questions from me just insisted I give him my expiration date of my credit card (I guess any one of the three?). I said I would not be able to provide that information. February 19, 2015, 12:07 pm Received a call from this phone number today, and it was a recording that said that I qualify for a lower interest rate for my credit card. It never specified which card, and asked to press "1" to continue for this one time only offer, or "2" to deny it and not receive anymore offers. I selected "2" and hung up.
