They said they don't give loans like this over the phone especially through calling lists. It's best to protect yourself by ignoring or blocking this dangerous number. October 30, 2014, 6:47 am Pre-approved loans like this are in fact illegal in most states. I'm not sure if it's illegal to do it all states. Either way anyone doing this kind of call is con-artist. Loans of 10K are big piles of money. Nobody just gives that away easily with random calls or decides to offer you a loan privatelt and then calls you. They are probably mostly looking for prepaid payments from you to secure the loan which they will steal and then lie to you about penalities and taxes to get more money from you until you give up and go away because you stupid believed them.
