April 4, 2015, 3:54 am I think these people are drug addicts who live in a crappy building and then falsify the rental opportunities to trick you into giving them drug money. I think that's why they never get caught. They just keep changing numbers and locations. Don't trust this number, especially if you saw it off of craigslist. April 15, 2015, 5:38 pm A rental property scammer. You may meet him or see this number off of craigslist. They will rent you fake properties that they don't even own or they will take your money upfront to hold a certain proerty and then the deadline comes and you are ready to move in they ask for more becuase you are stuck with no choice or lose your place to live. He even continues advertising his dilapidated, run-down, slum-grade properties on craigslist AFTER they've been rented since his MO is simply 'turn and burn' renters, then keep their inflated deposits. His maintenance team took care of all repairs needed. I got my full deposit back. Its important to be a good tenant so your landlord can return the gesture. November 25, 2016, 4:44 pm I lived across from the house he used as a "office" for two years and I witnessed numerous times that he burned people for their deposits. What he does is prey on certain people that he knows cant fight back. So if you weren't burnt consider yourself lucky, There are people that may have had to go through more in life and are trying to get their life together and e everyone deserves that chance. I have footage of many times where the police were called on him he tells you he will work with you if you have an eviction. Just give him 50 sometimes 100 and he will do a quick credit check and get you in there right away. They leave excited because they found someone who will work with them and then he doesn't call them back they show up pissed because they want their money he calls the police and says there are people out of control on his property and then the police show and they argue over the deposit and of course the landlord wins. This is a legal scam and it is too bad that there isn't some sort of defense renters can have against landlords that do this. Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher
