To be the obvious sign that the last remark left on the voicemail of "Good Luck" as this sounds so arrogant in attempting to cause jealous fear of not paying the debt, suggested you are totally screwed if you don't comply. April 4, 2015, 5:18 pm I got a message left on my answering machine that said the following: ""The following message is intended for you or your retained attorney. I am with compliance. You are hereby formally notified that your file has been released to final processing due to non-compliance. My records indicate that you failed to respond to the mandatory notice that was sent to you. You need to contact my office immediately at 614-407-1601. Thank you." I have never received any notices in the mail like the message suggests. I have no idea who this caller is and have never seen this phone number on my caller id before. I will not be responding to the call and will wait for the "notice" they said I have received. If I don't receive this notice I will write this off as a joke, scam, or clerical mistake. April 16, 2015, 7:09 am This scammer had my name, address, and the last 4 digits of my social security number. I think they must have purchased hacked data from a government agency or big box store and are using it scare people. They said I owed money on an old payday loan, but his is got to be lie as I've never needed a payday loan in my life. Checked my credit report and it looks perfect.
