August 31, 2013, 1:53 pm lower my credit card rates scam. after identifying this is my business line caller went into story about his neighbors tree growing into his yard and what a difficult a** he is and how he wanted him dead and what I charge to f*ing kill him. caller ignorant that I deal in firearms and that I am not actually a hitman for hire. went on and on using extreme profanity until I told him that this call is being recorded. Then only silence on the other end of the phone. I called local authorities as well as attorney generals office to file a report as well as a cease and desist order. appears this telemarketer will be looking for work elsewhere after the holiday and possibly criminal charges if I push the issue. September 7, 2013, 6:20 pm I am Elderly and on Total Disability.These people are the lowest skumm I have ever come across. You first speak to a Mashelle Wilson (believe that name if you want to), sound like a very nice woman (Black I take it from her coments & voice) and she tells you how she can lower your credit card rate. She turns you over to a Mark Williams (what's a name??) who somehow has your credit card info ??? and explains he will see you get a rate of 6.9% on all your cards. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE CAN LOWER YOUR RATE BUT THE BANK THAT ISSUED THE CARD... DON"T BELIEVE THEIR S@#T. They are con-artists out to rip you off. JUST HANG UP THE PHONE!!!! The number they used 616 980-2164 they say they are located in Orlando, Fla. Don't believe that either..I ask them questions about Orlando (I'm originaly from Lakeland) and they gave me all the wrong answers. None of their numbers are any good either. Someone should shoot them on sight !!! or better yet, turn them over to a crowd of the people they ripped off.
