February 23, 2015, 6:18 pm This is a telemarketing call centre company called "One Touch Direct" which works for AT&T and other companies such as Canadian Tire regarding a car protection package similar to AAA. Either way the call is trying to ask questions or sell you stuff so if you don't want to buy anything or talk to people you don't know then don't pick up.
