The knew my car's brand and model and called to remind me my car service at my dealership was due these days. They knew my email. I called them back and nobody answered. January 12, 2014, 2:18 am I own an audi and these people called about scheduling service with my vehicle. They knew the mileage of my car and the make. They must have been sold this information from Audi directly or Audi hired them as a third party to conduct the calls for them. Definitely not going to buy an Audi for my next car.
