August 6, 2013, 2:24 am I am an attorney and a person named froy from realestateplaza called me and asked if knew anyone interested in buying a house owned by the bank. I asked where the home was located and he said it was 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and selling for 150k. I asked for the address which he gave me. Turns out the home was sold four months prior and was never owned by the bank. Be leery folks, sounds like a scam. Caller Company: froy Caller Type: Scammer/Phisher

August 7, 2013, 7:22 pm Froy Candelario from telemarkets w/o checking DoNotCall list, referred to a bank owned property at a false address. I found out later that this guy was involved in shady stock transactions that were being investigated. Wants to talk to you about investments and tries too hard to make it all sound easy. May be trying to take advantage of innocent inexperienced people with bad real estate deals with lies about getting rich easy.
