January 15, 2015, 2:45 pm They just called my cell. When I called it back it said it was regarding a "dental enrollment plan." I called it back a second time and it said it was the prescription card program. So it's doing both of the functions previously listed in the comments. April 20, 2015, 1:31 pm Got a call from this number but didn't answer because I just had a feeling it was bogus, and, sure enough, this website confirmed it, so, thanks!! What I do with these calls is save them to my Contact List as "DNA 01" (DNA = Do Not Answer 01, 02, 03, etc.) and then, if they ever call again, I just send the call straight to VoiceMail!
