Nobody ever came so I can assume this is fake, which I suspected. you can't go to jail for this kind of thing. I called the sheriff and they told me this is nonsense. Nobody is after me. They said they were going to proceed with civil action against me for unpaid debts due to a bad check and this is weird to me because I rarely write checks. August 13, 2015, 8:17 pm This was CCA LEGAL DEPARTMENT and they said I owed money from a bounced check from 2010 for $104.94 and I can prove that I have already paid this a very long time ago. The woman on the phone said I had 90 days to pay this or they would begin the legal processes required as this was a serious matter. I will ignore this. I owe nothing.
