I've never taken out a payday loan (no financial need) so this is some kind of organized con artist making mass calls to prey on naive people. December 7, 2015, 4:34 pm Some kind of junk debt collection company or a scammer. They made legal threats of being served at my home or work, didn't matter to them, on the coming Wednesday.
