Told me one day they were not a collection agency, the next day they tell me I have a debt I need to pay them money pack or western union or give them my bank account. lol. Not I guess I was really suppose to be that stupid. They must have worthless lives to call people all day with annoying lies. I don't have any unpaid debts but one and its not in default, paying the company. I asked them to validate the debt and they said they don't do that. I suppose I'm to pay anyone that calls me and say I owe. fat chance, they better get in another line of work cause this fish stop biting. February 11, 2015, 11:49 pm This is UCG a debts collection agency. They were asking for my date of birth and my ssn#. I refused to cooperate until I had more information about her company. The person told me that criminal charges were going to be filed in regards to check fraud for a payday loan that needed to be repaid and that I would served papers very soon. Told me that if I set up my payments today that I would be cleared of the legal action and criminal charges. I refused as have no debts that I know of. I told her to send me the papers instead.
