October 27, 2014, 12:23 am I reported this scam to the attorney general and postal inspector. If you look closely you won't find a return address on the card, and there is no fee for applying for a grant, only your time to fill out papers, and possibly a stamp. When applying, you need to state exactly what the grant will be used for, and not make a choice after being rewarded. They make these documents look so official, But if you know you haven't applied for any grant, then you know it's a scam! A few days ago another scam artist called me, trying to return some money I supposedly paid, they wanted to gain access to my computer and bank account to give me a refund. I went along, using a laptop to forward all information they gave me to my bank. This allowed investigative services to trace them, and blocked the $950 they were trying to forward to India. November 19, 2014, 2:55 am I actually went to the address of this place at 8721 Santa Monica Bl. Ste 1043, Los Angeles, Ca. 90067 and found a small fedex/mailbox place. The employee working there knew why I was there and asked me if I had been a victim of the scam. This is a big time fraud operation so i would stay clear away from it. December 27, 2014, 2:38 pm Pre-approved loans, cash grants, or other money offers over the phone are almost always illegal. Don't be a fool. Money offers over the phone are just easy lures to get naive innocent desperate people to give up their cc#.
