Wants me to rush out and get a prepaid payment card to send them $300 to pay off the fees and taxes on the collection and prize processing. These people must think I am stupid. Read up all about this scam months ago when the called me earlier. Sounded Jamaican with a big accent. For some reason these jamaican scammers like use Publisher's Clearing House as their scam. March 2, 2015, 3:34 pm A common Jamaican lottery prize winning scam. They told me I had won $30,000 and a Mercedes Benz and that I need to go to a Walmart or Pharmacy and get a prepaid money card to send them $250 to collect the prize. Caller ID says "Publisher's Clearing House." These losers will call you pretending to be police if you start talking to them about being aware of their criminal activity. A total joke. March 25, 2015, 5:51 pm The 876 area code is in Jamaica, is NOT TOLL FREE, and has been linked to a form of telephone fraud known as the "one ring scam". The person perpetuating the scam calls the victim via a robodialer or similar means, sometimes at odd hours of the night, then hangs up when the phone is answered with the hope that they will be curious enough to call the number back. When the victim does this, an automatic $19.95 international call fee is charged to their account, as well as $9.00/min thereafter. Similar scams have been linked to Grenada (area code 473), Antigua (area code 268), the Dominican Republic (area code 809) and the British Virgin Islands (area code 284)

April 20, 2016, 1:33 pm Told me I won 17 million and a mercedes. Told me to get a pen and paper to take down the info. Igot the pen and paper then he called me a liar. I said "what?". He screamed "Liar! U did not get pen and paper! LIAR! Then hung up on me. Called me back 2 minutes later, started the same schmeal. I asked if he just called me a liar and hung up on me.
