The same lady so inexperienced saying that the person she wants to speak to is rather "personal & private" when someone uses that it means its a personal friend, it was so rude and out of this world. I've confirmed the information with them, they said they would remove my number. Yet they keep calling. Rude doesn't even begin to describe the experience. December 7, 2015, 4:32 pm The caller ID said "EOCCA" and the person wanted to verify my SSN# and other personal information. I shrugged this off and said no. They obviously wanted to collect on a junk debt or something else of which I have not received registered mail for. Not even regular mail. July 22, 2016, 3:09 pm This number calls my house 3-4 times a day looking for me. I have already told them that the debt they are looking for is being taken care of and to stop calling me. At first it was a woman and now its a guy named Kevin. At first they wouldn't tell me who they were until I gave them my SS#. Which I didn't. They then said they were a student loan debt collector. Then I told them that it was already being paid and to stop calling. She hung up on me and now he is calling 3-4 times a day. I asked to speak to a floor supervisor and he hung up on me.
